Wow, I really never checked the copyright date. I never knew they were so old! Wow.

It's weird how I didn't really like her writing style in the Night World series, yet I still wanted to get the second volume. I liked Blaise and Thea ^_^ haha. Ill probably pick up the vampire diaries sometime soon. I've been looking for something to read! I have so much homework these days, but one thing that relaxes me is sitting down to read a good book.

Edward has Topaz eyes, Onyx when he's hungry. So do the rest of the Cullens and Hales.


Vampires like James, Victoria, and Laurent would have those Amber/Scarlet eyes because they fed on human blood. lol.


But I agree. I would also like to have someone to risk everything for me. Gives me a sense of security.


Emmett looks like hes going to be HOT in the movie. Especially in the trailer when he's like "She's NOT one of us!" hahaha he's so adorable. They better make him have his "booming" laughter in here ^_^

I know! i am really excited for Emmett!! He looks so incredibly HOTT and i love his voice.

I do agree that Rosalie is NOT as pretty as she should be. I can think of a handle full of way prettier actresses who could have pulled her off. NOT that girl. No offense, she is attractive, I'm sure, but not Rosalie. She isn't.

Carlise is okay, could be better... But I'm not disappointed. I AM disappointed with Esme! She looks all old and heavily make up'd. Ick.

yeah, and the girl who plays Rosalie just doesn't look that good as a blond at all.
when she has brunette hair, she actually looks a lot prettier. i think they could have
done better look wise on a lot of the actors/actresses, but they all seem to have
relativly good acting skills to me.

This Edward looked MUCH better in Harry Potter as a wizard, not as a vampire.

You think 25 is old? I am nearing old..... I don't think 25 is old. 25 is when you are at your prime. They should look hot and fit and smoking. NOT 35 and 40. Fail.

And as to Edward's actor, I didn't like him at first, but he grew on me quickly. But I didn't like him as Cedric AT ALL. he was my biggest complaint about that movie. He was not cute enough to be Cedric, but he somehow pulls Edward off for me. I wonder why... Well, he is awfully good at brooding.

same with me! i hated Robert for Edward at first. but he's totally grown on me and i absolutly love him. but i still HATE him as Cedric for the same reasons as you. he just wasn't hot enough.
but he still pulls off Edward awesomely.

I dunno about Jasper, lol. He reminded me of a crackhead. Lmao. I dunno why! But I don't like his hair, or the way he is scrawny compared to Emmett and Edward. He looks more scrawny than Edward, and that's so not the way it's supposed to be.

I think I have this cropped hair image in my mind, with more build, because he was in the army when he was human. So I expected after going through the change, it will look better, but I'll see when I watch the movie. I've only seen pictures of him.

Rosalie isn't so pretty at all! lol. She looks like a younger Christina Applegate. O_o dunno if that's just me...


And Carlisle... he just looks ALL wrong. haha.

and he played a crackhead in one of his roles before. i think the movie was called "senior skip day' or something like that.
and he was a total crackhead, and he pulled it off nicely too!
which is why he kinda doesn't fit jasper for me.
but i'm warming up to him.

I finally broke down and gave the series a try on the recommendation of my sister when I forgot to bring a book to read on a flight the other day.  The writer's style sounded like too much of a knock off of L.J. Smith, who I grew up with, so I was biased in the beginning but I have to admit I enjoy what I've read so far despite the occasional cheesiness.

I have my doubts about the movie if only because the lead actor looks like he got lost on the way to some 50s themed Halloween party.  Seriously, what's with the hair?

LMAO! That just made my night. Haha. I'm glad you are enjoying the book, but I must admit that the cheesiness can be too much. However, I think it's adorable. And yes, the hair looks terrible. I guess they are TRYING to portray Edward as the model he's supposed to look like. What was he compared to? A model for rain coats, was it? Lmao. Among other things he was compared to.. But still, couldn't they at least leave his hair alone? Def the 50's haha.

L.J Smith sounds familiar. Did she write the Night World novels? I read the first volume. The writing was quite... odd. But yet, I wanted to know what happened next, haha. So I read it anyway.

but back to the point.

Seth and Leah are my favorite characters.
oh, and Alice.

I need to buy the poster they have at Borders. ^_^ The only things I have of Twilight are 2 shirts (The one tee with some of the characters on it, and a baby doll tee that has a bitten apple on the front saying "Bite Me" - and I Love Edward Cullen tee. hehe, courtesy of twilightteez), all the books, and the calendar =] I THINK that's it. Can't be too sure :p

And Leah and Seth? I liked Seth with his teamwork with Edward. Awww. But Leah really got me upset in Breaking Dawn. I thought she was really annoying. lol.

How about The Host?
That book was absolutely astonishing!
I loved it so much!
And the way she portrayed human emotions? PERFECT.
She's going down in history for her madd writing skills.

The Host was amazing! I loved Melanie, and the descriptions of each of the planets, etc. The ending had me crying, haha. I HATED Jared. And I loved Ian. ^_^

yeah. i got the posters free on the breaking dawn release party at Barnes and Nobles. So it was exciting.
i do need some shirts. and the calendar sold out before i could get it! which was very saddening.

and yes. Leah and Seth. everyone always makes fun of me for taht.
but wasn't Seth's teamwork cute!? i totally thought he was such a little cutie and cool.
And Leah because even though she was a cynical bitch, i could totally understand her holding a grudge and being upset.
and it made me laugh so hard when she told bella off. I mean, i thought someone needed to do it. even though Leah's timing was HORRIBLE, i can totally picture myself doing that too. haha...

haha. she told bella off in the fourth book while bella was pregnate towards the end of her pregnancy.
she was yelling at bella to stop messing with jacob and stuff like that.

you don't actually hear the yelling, but edward tells jacob about it when jacob gets back
from... i think from when he drove to seattle and looked for someone to imprint on.

yeah. i was going to reread part of it sometime this week. but i left my books at my dad's house..so that plan is shot.

yeah. i've actually read too chapter twelve. which i feel bad about now.
because all those die hard fans are like 'i'm not going to read it. blah blah. poor stephenie. blah."

i read it. it was really good. i think better then twilight. edward's point of view is funnier.
