Hey guys!
My hero would have to be Chad Petree!
About a year and a half ago my mate told me to hang on to his guitar for the night, and so when i got home i was listening to some shiny toy guns and i looked at Chad playing the guitar and i looked at the acoustic which my mate told me to hang on to for the night, and so i thought I'll give it a try and i started to play step by step. And about a year later I now find myself playing in a rock band doing music as a subject and not to mention impressing girls too haha And my inspiration has been Chad all along hes like my guitar hero lol
So yeh i was wondering if any of you guys out there think of any of the other band members as like your hero or anything?

Chad is probably my hero too. He sings the songs in such a penetrating way. When I'm listening to his voice, I can't focus on the negatives in my life and it makes me want to work hard on my own passion. Knowing how hard he has worked to get here--how many musical endeavors he trudged through with his friends and family--is so impressive. And he's way down to earth and not insane, but he still has a good time and enjoys himself. It's so awesome to me. I also fell even more deeply in love with music after I found STG.

Jeez! its good to finale talk to someone who knows what im talking about, at school whenever i mention shiny toy guns they look at me like Wtf who are they? But i just think if i love listening to their music thats all that counts lol Also with the effort his put in, it kinda really helps me in music class, whenever im feeling really tired and about to fall asleep i just think of the work chad put in to get where he is today, after that i just forget about being tired and sit right back up! haha

The entire band is just amazing. I'm superrrr happy about Sisely, I think she's awesome. Jeremy is definitely my hero on keys. Chad's voice is incredible. And Mikey pwns the drums =). I love it. I love them. I was talking to a bunch of people in my stats class and telling them they should come out to the Shiny Toy Guns show. They were like, "Who's that?" My response was that they were depriving their ears of the sound of good music. "Don't Cry Out" and "Le Disko" are the songs of choice before I get to work.

Does Carah still count?? Because she is probably my hero.
Her vocal rang is amazingly beautiful. And she's so pretty and unique looking. She's definatly my hero.

But if its strictly someone currently in the band...
I'd have to say Sisley. It must be hard having all that critisism out there about her
and the whole 'Carah' thing. But her vocals are astronomical and she seems really cool. And she's probably pretty brave. Well, i think anyone who puts their music out there and preforms is amazingly brave.
I had to read a speach in front of just fifty people to day and I was shaking so hard I could barely focus.

Chad is probably my hero, if Carah doesn't count.

The way he plays and sings gives me inspiration. It's just so amazing. The lyrics he and Jeremy write are astonishing. It makes me wish I could write something beautiful as he can. I love Chad. Definitely my hero.

they keep asking me if they are a toy. i'm like, what?
so i keep trying to spread the word. you know?

uh. i change my answer to all of them.
because it's together that they beast up music.
so, individually, they would all be super cool
and i'd probably still love them.

but together they are my heros.

Chad and Sisely are both my heroes

Sisely inspires me to be in a band and sing

even though not a lot of girls can sing like she can
I have a voice similar to Cara's so I def look up to Cara and Sisely

both amazing signers
