Back when Season of Poison was announced for release, and I found that "Unfinished Version" of Money for that. I was doing some research for the song on Google. A web page link came, something about STG getting Sued or Suing. Who is Dalena DuBois exactly. Do any of you know? A bit After seeing the court documents, which IDK how I saw them, I watched Carahs Interview at the Grammy's and she said something about a Horrible woman in NY or something. What ever came of the law suit. I read multiple peices and apparently she as a vendetta against the Shinies. Seems like she should be sued for Defamation Of Character. But I think She's In Jail. Not sure, but I hope so.

Also There is a PDF that can be veiwed, although, NOW the files have been corrupted perhaps by STG themselves (which is no big deal) or someone else. The documents revealed addresses so I see why they have been messed with.

I really hate to revive this but Its a subject I feel has been unanswered.
I mean I'm really concerned about the rep and status of the band.
Stuff like this can put a blemish in a bands rep.

So My question is...Is there anyone that can get an answer from them concerning this?

Someone asked the band a while ago, and I remember reading or hearing the response, but don't remember where it is. She was just a hateful woman who was doing this for no apparent reason, but it's resolved now and that it's. That's all they said.

And I think we should leave it alone because it's over and not between us. A lot of people don't know about this, and it clearly bothers us all.

Yeah, Carah has said something about her in the Pre Grammy inteview.

I guess when you put it that way....It shouldn't be a big thing to worry about.
