As you guys of course already know of how Carah left thought things are really confusing right now because shiny toy guns say that Carah left, and Carah sais that they boys moved on without her? I dont know whose right or wrong but im going to have to side with the boys on this one because it makes no sense that they would kick her out especially when so many people admire her. Im just glad Chad or Jeremy didnt leave because they actually WRITE the music! And as for mikey well you just look on youtube videos and youll see why hes such a great drummer (kicks ASS!) but id really like to see a thread on this carah issue. And please try and be nice and considerate to other peoples opinions no matter how much you love Carah.
Thank you

Whatever the reason, it was sad and tragic. Especially since I never got to see them perform with Carah. I had three chances to and was screwed out of all of them. But Sisely is fantastic and I certainly welcome her with open arms. It's useless to fight about why Carah left... The boys have said on interviews that she wanted to do her own thing.. make the music her's. And if that's so, good for her.. and the best of luck to her. But I think most of the angry fans need to move on.. Keep the past in their memory and focus on what's happening now with the band.. Which is incredibly exciting and amazing to watch.

Too true Enuf3 But I still dont understand why Carah would say on her myspace profile that 'the boys have decided to go on without me'. I mean yeh i believe Shiny toy guns but i really dont understand why she would say that...well either way im glad that when she left it didnt break the band up, that would be horrible if it did...

Well, in a way they did go on without her... lol It just to me sounds like Carah wasn't satisfied and wanted a role more in the creation side.. rather than the player side... and she couldn't achieve such a thing with them... and they broke off from each other.

Yeh thats probably true, coz Chad and Jeremy had always said had how THEY right the music because they have been working on projects for You Are The One for a longg time and I guess i could see Carah wanting more in her music career. I just wish her luck in her new band

Yup. And I so can't wait to hear her stuff. I know there was a song going around that was supposedly her's... turned out to be an old project that she didn't want to be part of or something.

I loved Carah so much. Her voice is beautiful and I am definatly sad she isn't with the band anymore.
But Sisley also has a beautiful voice and seems really cool. So even though i'm sad Carah is gone I think they did a wonderful job replacing her. and I hope Carah has some solo albums and other stuff come out too. Because she is super talented.
As for who left who, i don't think that really matters. Carah isn't with Shiny Toy Guns anymore, sad but true.
but both groups/people seem to be doing okay without the other. So, what ever. I guess.
but i will miss Carah.

I was in shock when I found out Carah had left. Her voice along with Chad is so... perfect. I was sad that she was gone, I was happy that the band's still together, but when I found out that Sisely Treasure would be taking her place, I was so frustrated. I didn't like her already! But, I learned to not read a book by it's cover. So, I took some time and went onto her MySpace music page to listen to some of her work. Let me tell you: they were amazing.
So, yeah. I'm pretty much in love with Sisely AND Carah. Even though she's gone, I'm happy that Sisely's amazing vocals will be on the next album and hopefully others.

lol Some of my friends weren't to thrilled with the idea of her (Sisely) trying to be a *****cat doll.... But whatever. I personally don't see the big deal. She has a great voice.. She's pretty and she rocks the house.

Lol, same, when I read somewhere that she tried to be a *****cat doll I thought "Oh God this isn't going to go too well". Then I heard Frozen Oceans. :]

I hate it when bands break or split up. I don't know, it just makes me feel sad because it's like the breaking up of something great. But, bands have to do what they do. As long as they keep the music what it's all about, I guess that's all that matters.
I just with them the best of luck with whatever they go for.

According to Shiny Toy Guns, she went to Sweden and is with her own group now. I think the getting married rumor was false.

I think Carah was great and her voice was amazing, but I have to say Sisely is a breath of fresh air for the band. Sometimes when a person leaves a band and another person comes in to replace them the band becomes by far better than before. And I definatly think that has happened with Sisely.

I agree with you tootie Sisley has qualities that Carah never had and I just sometimes got the feeling like she wasnt meant for the band as much as i admired her. Its a shame though because if you go to Carahs myspace page you will see my 'former fans' from shiny toy guns saying stuff like they will spit on the CD if they see the new STG album...
