Just realized I've been on here since September and never introduced myself!  My name's Brian, I'm 23 and from Akron Ohio. I recently graduated from college with a degree in drafting and animation. I remember playing GTA3 and one of my favorite songs to listen to was Slyder's Neo. Then a couple years later I heard You Are the One, and fell in love with it.  I'd heard some of the other WaP songs too and knew a little about the band, but I really didn't get into them until after SoP. Now, they are one of my favorite bands. I also like bands like Muse and Linkin Park, as well as a lot of 70s - 90s rock, but I've never felt such a closeness and connection to a band as I do with STG. They have one quality that others don't--they formed a close bond with their fans and have stayed true and loyal to them. I've never had a chance to see them live, but next time they are in my area, I'll be there.  |

My name's Matt, I'm 23, from Portland, Oregon. A friend of mine introduced me to the world of Shiny Toy Guns back in late '06/early '07. The first video (and song) I saw was You Are The One, and I instantly fell in love. I had to find more. I've been a devoted fan since, and have collected (with some help from this forum) just about every piece of rare/unreleased/remixed stuff done by STG and all the former projects from any member (Slyder, Cloud2Ground, Dangerous Insects, Cooler Kids, Versant, etc.). I'll leave PC Quest alone, Chad.. lol. So.. gotta get going to work, so keepin' it short. I love STG, more importantly Carah and what she brings to it (link below for my dedication video). I was sad to see her leave, wasn't a very big fan of Sisely, and am so glad she has returned for "III" and with a fifth member, at that. Hello. I'm new here, but I've known Shinys for a long time. At least a year before Carah was kicked out. I'm a shy person, quiet as well, but people find me to be really nice. I like sports, drawing, reading, and writing. Yeah, I know, strange combination, but it works. Sometimes I like school and other times I don't.
