My sisters friend had those. The metal ended up shattering in her arm.
I dont get those piercings.

i'm just about to get my nose pierced though.
but my friend is trying to talk me out of it... i'll give her a few more days.

Why you shouldn't:

You will ALWAYS have that hole in your nose, and it will ALWAYS be visible. If you ever decide, "Eh, all fun'd out with my nose piercing" it will still be there, and people will see it. And it'll always look a little weird.

I have lots of classmates with them... It's kinda.. gross.

well the common idea is when it comes to piercings is that it leaves a scar from the hole.
But, If you use A "Neosporin" type of ointment for a week or two, its gone. But I think, from where Alli is comming from, those people just didn't care or think about it.

My sister has a nose piercing and she said that if she leaves it out for even an hour its starts to close.
So, IDK, everyones different.

Hmm. Thanks for your input.
But I still think I'm going to get one. Now the only issue is my other friend that I'm going to get it pierced with has to convince her mom that she will get straight A's for this upcoming year. Otherwise she can't get one.

My mom has a nose piercing, i don't really think of them as big deals.
Not like.. I don't know.. getting your WRIST pierced.
