Yeah. You weren't around at the beginning, but some of them came here and tried to start trouble, telling us we weren't as cool as them or that we were copying them.
We ignored them, and they went away.
I remember that! Some girl was completely mean to me because I had so many posts. God, i wanted to punch her in the face... BUT MATT. The whole "aussies being descendents of criminals" thing is half true. Because a long time ago... well, not that long... criminals from England and places around there would be shipped to AussieLand instead of taking up space in jail. |

For the most part, the actual posters make the difference between forums. I liked the other one, but it was slowly becoming dead, making me wonder, "are people that apathetic about SOP?" Then I found this forum by chance and realized many posters had just migrated over here. I just shrugged and signed up too. Though I will say this, that other forum had a 100 post requirement for media downloads and I'm just not the type to post unless I really have something to say...I was doing the math and thinking "It'll be 2010 before I get to 100 posts  !" |

Alli, you bring amazing artwork and wonderous stories.
Which are very crucial in life, and more importantly, in forums.
But yeah, even Alli has trouble keeping Matty in check. Though she does try her best.

Hi fellow Aussie - are you a little passionate with your love of STG? lol. It's cool, some boards I've visited have people that are extremely passionate and the uppercase comes out a lot.
Where I live in Australia we only have like 130K at last count - we're babies. 100K of that is probably Asian  And while I love STG, my passion doesn't seem to go as far as some people on this board. No, I used to be a moderator and some people didn't like it. |
