I could have sworn Mikey and Carah were roughly the same age...which means he's 25, not 27. Or actually I think he's some months older than Carah so if he's had a recent birthday he might be 26 now. I don't remember where I saw/read that though because it's been two or three years since.

I sure do. He's 28. And his birthday is in the spring. March or April, I think. I would have to look it up. I sent him birthday wishes on Facebook back when it passed. It's easy to remember how old he is because I am the same age as his fiance who is 33. - The Felinist |

Felinist, how did you come to that conclusion? Since my above post I actually coincidentally ran across an old interview where Jeremy describes two of the STG members as "right out of high school". Carah would have been about 19, which qualifies, but for Mikey to have been 22? For some people that's a year after college. I thought to myself "yeah, I knew he was about Carah's age" and then moved on. Then today I come back to this forum to find your post suggesting he is again. hmmm.

I don't know why over the years writers/band members talk about Mikey like he's younger than he is, but I don't have to understand it to accept it. |
