This is the thread for the New Album. Not Girls Le Disko. Anyone can come here for discussion. So Far, we know that there isnt a legit name. And the latest tweet came in from them shinytoyguns At oklahomas snow flake decorated gay bar "the copa". Its like 10 degrees outside. Lookout tomorrow for our new record info . . Are we talking about the tentatively named "three" album? I would love some news on their new stuff!!! Let's get to it STG; release that news! our next single is "rocketship 2010" .. and it goes to radio first thing next year, its included on the remix album .. following that will be our next E.P. in the spring with 2 big tours ! We have a tentative confirmation that it is indeed coming out in the spring of 2010. Also, more touring coming up which is awesome. |

well when I messaged them they said they'd be in FL over the summer! I know one thing; they haven't been here since almost like TWO THOUSAND AND ****ING EIGHT and when they were it was 21 and up!!!!! agh. Dx
everytime they've been in my state there was a stupid age limit!
and I hope the ep/lp remains as "3". Since this will be the third installment in the STG legacy. We had the WAP era, SOP era, and now... ERA NUMBER 3.

There is no news. STG tends to promise news and not deliver right away, and then suddenly it pops up like a lost child. They enjoy the gray hairs they give us.

I don't feel any need to pressure them. WAP turned out as epic as it did because they spent years reworking it to supreme glory. SOP was awesome, but different from WAP, and if they're going back to a more WAP style then it might take longer. And I'm cool with that.

Could you please tell Matty that applies to Versant too? ._. Yeah, except it doesn't. WAP v1 was a full album. STG were a new rising band. They didn't really tease fans into following them for some bogus ride... Because they had no fans! They were new! Versant is a different story. It's their first album, they have a fan base already thanks to Carah.. and they're being lazy about it. |

True, but making promises to release albums on specific dates and then failing to follow through, only to push the date back again and again starts to bother people.
BUT leave Versant out of STG topics, guys. I'll just move them into the Versant thread if you bring it up elsewhere.
