How bout a game of Hangman?

Rounds. Like, You start the game, and only one person gets a guess, then you say yes or no to their guess. Then someone else can guess. Because otherwise, you could have 3 people guess 3 different letters, one of them is right, and learning that could solve the word, but the other 2 were wrong so the game was lost because of the 2 penalties.

I like the idea of one guess per round. However, I have another guideline I'd like to add.

If we have Player A and Player B, they could submit guesses (one each round) in an A, B, A, B, etc. order until the game is finished if they log in frequently enough, thus leaving other players without the chance to make a guess. Maybe we could say, if you've already had a round to guess, then wait a few hours before taking another round to give others the opportunity to play.
