But seriously, there is also an edit button so you can add to a previous post. Don't the only count if the entries are actually involved? Not just "ha ha, how funny" stuff?

Yeah, that is a good idea.

like i'm not too sure on the policy about cursing.
so i try not to do it.
and when i do i us little *'s and such..

but it would be nice to have that all cleared up.

but i also think people know the general rules that most sites

I usually don't mind swearing as long as it's not 5 times in a sentence

I think there should be a rule about TRIPPLE posting. I mean, double posting should be fine as long as they are of substance, but if there are three posts in a row that have absolutely NO substance at all, then that just gets annoying. =/
