It's probably both. Alli makes a good point; everyone's face "elongates" as they get older (it's true). It would make sense that her face was rounder when she was a teen compared to now, but she definitely lost a bunch of weight too. You can see it in her arms and legs really easily. That being said, I don't think she was anorexic ever. People can be thin and still be healthy.

She doesn't look anorexic. Mostly because if she lost a bunch of weight due to anorexia (or some other EO) you'd tell it in her face. She looks hawt.
