Have you been to one of the current tour's shows? Where/how was it? Share your pictures if you took any!

I saw them in Orlando at Backbooth, and I was actually in a video with Mikey that they shot.
It's just a little spoof video, but if anyone happens to see it, let me know! I'm the kid in blue pants Tongue

They kick ass live, as they always have.

My BF and I saw them in Ft. Lauderdale, FL when they were down.  They were awesome.  Only thing that made me a little sad was that they didn't sing more songs!  Cry I would have also enjoyed hearing "When They Came For Us" live.  I have a very special place in my heart for that song lol.  Loved hearing "Rainy Monday", "Ricochet", "You are the One", "Don't Cry Out", and several others.  The Shinys are one of the few bands that I can honestly say this about:  they sound just as awesome live as they do on a CD.  That's saying something.  Smiley

I know some fans aren't happy that Carah Faye is gone, but I have to say, I really like Sisley.  I think she is absolutely beautiful, and has great energy. And I LOVE that gals like her can exude such a sexy vibe and still retain a touch of poise and class. I think she's great. I really loved the show and will definitely be seeing them again next time they're down.

The opening bands were cool too ^_^

While Ive never had the chance to see shiny toy guns live in concert (besides youtubing them everyday lol) I really have to agree with that comment which i quoted. While Carah has left and will be always missed her replacement does bring qualities that Carah never had and this works Vise versa as well. But from what ive seen on the internet Carah is great performer and fits in well with Shiny toy guns!

I saw them when they came to California and played in Orangevale. it was awesome getting to stand 10 feet from them and to take a million awesome pictures. I got to meet Chad after and take a picture with him. The whole band signed my "We Are Pilots" CD too.

I actually drove 2+ hours to get to the concert too, and it ended around midnight so I got home insanely late and nearly crashed my car. But it was very much worth it.  Roll Eyes

I saw the band a few weeks ago at Martini Ranch in Scottsdale.  We had perfect seats at the bar, just a few yards from the stage.

I haven't been to a Shiny concert yet, but from what I heard around other sites, they were amazing. I'm sorry, but: Who are they touring with? I haven't really heard anything about them. :S

it's good to hear sisley is so good! i'm glad she's also good live.
Carah was tough to replace but Sisley seems to be doing a fantastic job.
it's exciting.

Tour is awesome. I'm SOO thankful they actually came to my little town called Fresno. I really hope STG decides to come back. I have a bunch of pictures in my post called, "My experience at an STG show" under this same category of "Current Tour" It definitely should be checked out.

I think the opening bands are the same everywhere, unless it was a random change up.

The line up would be White Apple Tree, Jonesetta, The Delta Fiasco, and then Shiny Toy Guns.

Or. That's how it was in Orangevale.

Yeah, actually! Sometimes openers can be totally.... not good. But I have found that the Shinies have spectacular taste in music. I ams seriously thinking they should write a magazine. Or something. Awesome.
