It's like they forgot the other 3 members of the band when Carah left. Was she their whole reason for the band? That's not STG devotion. That's Carah devotion.

Ahoy.. I had such a longgg night.. Talked to someone close to Carah.. And.. uhmm... someone else really amazing. But it brought on a slight headache.. lol
I wish everyone would stop being dramatic. Carah left.. No one needs to know how or why.. The important thing is, she's back with her own thing and STG has a new album. It's a time for celebration.. Not hate. Sisely is awesome.. Carah is awesome.. Can't fans, old and new just get a long!

Exactly! i totally agree. I was sad Carah left, but Sisely is awesome. and i'm the kind of person who holds on to things for years. and doesn't get over anything. but i've gotten over this is like, thirty seconds. yet, i'm still have a grudge against a boy from elementary school for putting woodchips in my waterbottle.

I'm the same way... I hold a grudge. And I do hold a slight grudge against a particular side in the STG/Carah case... But overall I'm over it and welcome Sisely with open arms.

I'm still not even sure what the real story with the STG/Carah case is. And Sisely is pretty fantastic. so i let it go, and accepted change with open arms.

I was told some stuff tonight but swore to secrecy... So all I can say is, **** happens. Gotta get over it. If people want to be bitter and hate Sis and STG... let them... who really cares.

If everyone is happy, then I am happy. If they are still making music for us, then I will never complain. If they are not doing any of these things together, I accept it because they seem to be happy in their music making lives.

1. Why don't they play on bigger stages? There is basically nowhere to move! lol. I dunno, but when I go to concerts, I love seeing every member jump around and move across stage, interacting with everyone. Well, I understand drums and keyboard can't, haha. But I mean, if they had a bigger stage, Sisely would have had more room to walk around and interact with the crowd.......
2. Because, especially in the "Le Disko" video, the crowd didn't seem too pleased or SOMETHING. I dunno, but isn't that the kind of music you dance to? Lol Everyone is just basically standing there.
But hey, at least you got good footage. Sisely's pretty good live - except when it seems like she's forcing her voice to hit the higher notes. But it's okay.

Yeah you're actually 100% right. The stage was super small, that's why at least Sisely couldn't dance around because apparently she's really good with the audience. Basically, the crowds that come out to see bands perform for concerts/shows suck. It's why many, many bands don't come back to Fresno or never come here because they know how disrespectful we are or how we're just not into it. I think that's why they didn't play any of the new songs for us, because the crowd just sucked. Here's why Paramore will never come back here....a few years ago they played a show and someone from the crowd threw an opened condom at Haley and it stuck to her shirt. She was pissed to say the least. Yep, and they've never been back here. All the good bands that play at warped tour skip over Fresno too . Oh well. Just another reason why I want to leave this stupid town! lol.

i think that they normally play club shows, where the stages are generally smaller. i actually prefer club shows over arena/large stage/festival shows, it's much more intimate.
plus, tickets for arena shows are normally $40-60, whereas club shows run about $15-30.

They DO like to play small places. They're always saying that. They love to be close to their fans and it is WAY more intimate.

I totally agree with church boy. Smaller shows are hella better. They can interact with the crowd better... you can get up close and personal.. they're great.

I totally agree with church boy. you're the first person to ever call me that. i've used the name for as long as i can remember, too. (just so you know, it has nothing to do with religion, it's from a show. as a matter of fact, i'm agnostic.)
